Jr. Sales Trader - Renewable Energy Markets

This is a full-time on-site position within our brand new LA-based Renewables trading desk, with a steep learning curve and opportunity to grow quickly within the desk based on merit.

OTC Flow is hiring highly commercial, ambitious graduates to join our Los Angeles office in a highly commercial role with immediate revenue responsibility and rapid promotion potential.

You will be responsible for prospecting, cold outreach, negotiating, and closing transactions from day-one, hereby building your own long-term client book in local renewable energy markets.

What You Will Do

• High-volume outbound outreach (phone-heavy) to source new clients;
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiating up to closing;
• Close bespoke transactions in renewable energy related markets;
• Build and manage your own client portfolio;
• Be assessed on your commercial skillset plus your ability to close transactions and create revenue.

Prior experience in B2B sales, brokerage, or cold outreach roles - internships included - is strongly preferred. Prior experience or knowledge of any renewable energy market is considered a big plus.

Compensation & Structure

• Hourly pay: $22.50 – $27.50/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Bonuses: Uncapped and based on individual performance
• Location: 5 days per week, in-office (Playa Vista, LA)
