One of our key retained clients has just launched a search for a Lead Planner & Scheduler to support the development of a next-generation nuclear microreactor program.


The company has raised $500M+ in funding and is making significant progress toward commercialization, creating an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth.


This role will be responsible for taking a Product Breakdown Structure (PBS) and translating it into a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), building and maintaining integrated project schedules, and ensuring work packages are sequenced effectively to support delivery.


Working closely with Project Managers, engineers, suppliers, and contractors, you'll be expected to understand how engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction activities interact, identify dependencies and risks, and develop realistic execution plans using Oracle Primavera P6.


To be considered, you will need:

  • 5+ years of planning and scheduling experience
  • Strong experience developing detailed, logic-driven project schedules
  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 (non-negotiable)
  • Experience converting high-level project scope into executable WBS structures
  • Understanding of EPC, manufacturing, construction, or complex engineering project lifecycles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • An engineering degree is preferred but not essential
  • Nuclear experience is preferred; aerospace, defense, power generation, or other highly regulated industries will also be considered


This position offers a salary of $115,000-$165,000 plus benefits and can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States.
