Full job description

The People Programs & Strategy team helps employees and managers grow and do their best work as the company scales. Our manager-development portfolio includes a range of programs, coaching, and practical learning experiences designed to help managers grow and lead more effectively.

We are looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented program operations coordinator to join our people programs team for a six-month, project-based contract. You will build and operate the systems that connect manager enrollment, participant communications, coaching coordination, and learning-event production—then document and transfer those systems to long-term owners at the end of the engagement.

This is a hands-on program operations and participant-experience role. You will help employees move smoothly from program discovery and registration through cohort participation and coaching activation, while giving program owners reliable visibility into what is working and what needs attention.

What you will do:

  • Support learning-platform workflows across People Programs and cross-functional initiatives, including setup, enrollments, notifications, reporting, follow up and troubleshooting.
  • Support manager-coaching intake, participant tracking, matching inputs, vendor coordination, activation follow-up, and operational closeout.
  • Produce in-person and virtual learning sessions, including rooms, schedules, facilitator coordination, materials, readiness checklists, and day-of logistics.
  • Create reusable communications, standard operating procedures, production checklists, and practical process improvements.
  • Partner with program owners, HRBPs, Workplace, facilitators, coaching vendors, and authorized systems owners to keep the participant experience coordinated and reliable.
  • Manage LMS user roles and access, triage system issues, and route content or policy questions to program owners.
  • Work with program owners to improve and document LMS-related SOPs for enrollment, reporting, access, and issue resolution.
  • Leave behind documented workflows, trained owners, and a complete handoff package by the end of the six-month project.

What we are looking for

  • Experience coordinating learning programs, people programs, HR operations, events, coaching programs, or other high-touch, cross-functional operational workflows.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through; comfort managing multiple cohorts, deadlines, stakeholders, and shifting logistics without losing attention to detail.
  • Clear, warm written communication and sound judgment when working with managers and leaders, facilitators, external partners, and confidential information.
  • Comfort working across tools such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets, calendars, Slack, learning management systems (LMS), and other operational platforms.
  • A practical, systems-minded approach: you can map a messy process, identify failure points, create a repeatable playbook, and hand the work off cleanly.
  • Experience supporting coaching vendors, global or regional programs, learning-event production, or manager-development programs is a plus.
