High End Real Estate Group Seeks Leasing Paralegal: Retail Leasing Experience Required
A high-end real estate organization in Mid-City Los Angeles is seeking a Leasing Paralegal to join its in-house leasing team. The Leasing Paralegal will focus on landlord-side commercial leasing matters, with an emphasis on retail leasing.
Leasing Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Review and abstract retail leases, amendments, renewals, and other leasing documents.
- Prepare and revise lease-related documents, including drafts, redlines, and correspondence.
- Track important lease provisions, options, deposits, deadlines, and other contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with attorneys, brokers, tenants, and internal business teams regarding leasing documentation and execution.
Hybrid: 4 days/week onsite
Position is up to $110,000 + 10% bonus + benefits
