Legal Operations Manager

Tech company is seeking a Legal Operations professional to support the final stages of a CLM platform implementation and take ownership of the system for ongoing administration, support, and optimization. This person will play a key role in ensuring a successful go-live while also managing the platform long term, including workflow enhancements, reporting, data integrity, user support, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the final phase of CLM implementation, including testing, go-live readiness, issue identification, and resolution.
• Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the CLM platform following launch.
• Manage and improve system workflows, templates, reporting, dashboards, and data entry processes.
• Assess gaps in the current setup and recommend or implement fixes and enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot system issues, and drive adoption of the platform.
• Maintain data quality and ensure the system is configured to support legal and business processes effectively.
• Support the transition away from Apttus/Conga as part of the broader CLM roadmap.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external implementation resources as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Legal Operations with a focus on CLM systems and legal technology.
• Prior experience using LEAH or Contractpod.AI is highly preferred.
• Strong technical skills related to system administration, workflow configuration, reporting, and process improvement.
• Ability to manage both project-based implementation work and ongoing platform support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
