About the Role

What you will be doing day-to-day:

• Work at the forefront of AI, partnering with leading research labs to build the datasets powering the next generation of foundation models and advanced AI systems.
• Lead global teams of world-class experts across multiple disciplines, delivering complex projects at scale with exceptional quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to pioneering AI research by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative approaches that advance model capabilities.
• Help shape the future of a rapidly growing company by driving strategic initiatives, influencing decision-making, and building scalable processes from the ground up.
• Act as a key operational leader, solving complex challenges, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of critical business priorities.

Qualifications

What you will have:

• 3- 5 years’ experience, this company are ambivalent on practice area.
• Proven ability to manage projects from end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working under pressure and delivering high-quality results to tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams across multiple workstreams.

Pay range and compensation package

Total compensation of $450,000 – $600,000 made up of base salary and bonuses + meaningful equity within the company.
