Licensing and Regulatory Specialist

The Licensing and Regulatory Specialist supports the Legal & Regulatory compliance team.

This role will primarily be responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and renewing licenses and registrations and assisting with key aspects of the insurance company regulatory and licensing compliance function, both domestically and internationally.

Completing and tracking insurance company license applications and registrations

Preparing license and registration renewals, corporate amendment filings,

Manage insurance company holding act affiliate transactions

Reinsurance contract execution

Maintain insurance company director and officer notifications

Liaising with state insurance departments on information requests, inquiries, and other communications

Maintain ongoing compliance in the domestic United States and internationally

The Licensing and Regulatory specialist works cross-functionally within legal, underwriting, and finance teams to ensure that all licensing activities remain in full compliance with applicable insurance laws and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's Degree

2 + years experience with licensing or regulatory compliance in insurance or financial services

Strong attention to detail

Strong analytical and project management skills
