What You'll Do
- 🚚 Coordinate shipments and transportation providers to ensure on-time delivery.
- 📋 Review purchase orders, shipping documents, bills, and invoices for accuracy.
- 📞 Respond to customer inquiries and resolve shipping issues quickly and professionally.
- 📊 Track logistics performance while helping manage distribution and shipping costs.
What We're Looking For
- ✅ Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or a related field.
- 🎯 Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- 💻 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- ⚡ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 🌎 Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
