Maintenance Technician

As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections across CNC grinders, lathes, mills and manual machinery
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and complete corrective repairs to minimise production downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and escalate equipment issues where required
• Safely handle oils and chemicals in accordance with PPE and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised manufacturing environment

The ideal Maintenance Technician will have :

• Strong mechanical aptitude within a manufacturing, machining or machine-maintenance environment
• Experience working around CNC and/or manual production machinery
• Experience with industrial controls, including PLCs and Allen-Bradley systems.
• Confident use of hand tools and basic power tools
• Basic computer skills, including email and CMMS systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with production/engineering teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
