Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer – Medical Device

Location: Camarillo, CA (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with strong experience in medical device manufacturing, process development, NPI, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing process development, optimization, and NPI activities.
• Improve yield, throughput, cycle time, and production efficiency using DOE, SPC, Minitab/JMP, and statistical analysis.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Support DFM, process scale-up, technology transfer, and production builds.
• Perform root cause analysis, pFMEA, CAPA, and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, BOMs, Engineering Reports, and manufacturing documentation.
• Support equipment qualification and validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, as needed.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Use tools such as SolidWorks, Minitab/JMP, Arena, SAP/MES, and related manufacturing systems.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; Biomedical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering are acceptable. Master's degree is a plus.
