Join one of the top Metal Casting Facility as Manufacturing Process Engineer to support casting processes.
Position: Manufacturing Process Engineer
Location: Mapleton, Illinois
Duration: Initially 01 year then extension
Role:
We are looking for Manufacturing Process Engineer with casting process experience, DOE (Design of experiment) and GD&T.
Typical tasks:
- Prepare/ Startup equipment for the day
- Document results from prior day experiments and findings
- Execute the daily DOE task
- Hand off to counterpart on trailing shift
Work environment:
Majority shop floor 75%
PPE:
- Metatarsal guard Steel toed boots
- Foam Sealed safety glasses with strap
- FR Pants and Jacket
- Bumpcap

Education and Experience required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 02+ years of industry experience
Associates degree with 04+ years of industry experience
