Job Role: Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Syracuse, NY | 100% Onsite
Duration: Long Term Contract
We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the HVAC/HVAC-R industry.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with CREO and Windchill.
- HVAC/HVAC-R product design experience.
- Knowledge of sheet metal and copper tubing design and manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and tolerancing.
- Experience with ECN/Engineering Change Notice processes.
- Vendor management experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
