About the job (3 Month Assignment )

The Receiving, Distribution & Records Technician supports warehouse operations by receiving,

storing, distributing, and tracking supplies, equipment, and records while maintaining accurate

inventory and documentation.

We're looking for someone who

● Holds a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and work experience (preferred)

● Has 2+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, materials handling, or receiving and distribution (preferred)

● Has experience using inventory or supply chain management systems (preferred)

● Possesses basic computer skills, including email and data entry

● Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail

● Communicates clearly and provides excellent customer service

● Is able to work independently and as part of a team

● Can accurately maintain inventory records and documentation

● Is willing to obtain California Designated Representative (Exemptee) certification for on-call eligibility (required)

● Is willing to support warehouse operations and other assigned duties as needed

What you'll do

● Receive, store, and distribute supplies and equipment throughout the facility

● Maintain inventory using the supply chain management system

● Deliver supplies to hospital departments and offsite locations

● Assist with the pickup and delivery of records and supplies

● Assign storage locations and container labels

● Operate barcode scanners to track inventory and records

● Retrieve, store, and purge records according to departmental policies

● Maintain record retention inventories with guidance from the Warehouse Supervisor

● Assist with general warehouse operations and inventory activities

● Support maintenance and upkeep of warehouse vehicles and equipment

● Provide support to additional departments as needed

● Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused work environment
