Penn Power Group is hiring a Mobile Technician Manager in the New York area to lead, support, and develop our team of mobile service technicians.
If you have experience managing technicians or remote fleet operations and know what it takes to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next move.

What You’ll Do:
🔧 Lead and support mobile service technicians
📊 Drive productivity, quality, and performance
🦺 Conduct quality control inspections and safety audits
👥 Support technician training and development
🚛 Travel to technician and customer locations as needed
⭐ Help ensure an exceptional customer experience
We’re looking for someone with experience in a high-volume mobile/fleet service environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of DOT regulations and compliance.
