NetSuite Analyst - Remote Northeast

About the Role

Our client is seeking a NetSuite Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance their NetSuite ERP environment. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, and Technology, providing hands-on support for system administration, reporting, process improvement, and technical enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with NetSuite in a finance-driven environment and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to solve business problems, improve system efficiency, and support ongoing ERP initiatives. This position offers exposure to administration, reporting, integrations, and NetSuite development within a collaborative and growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource for NetSuite administration, configuration, and day-to-day support.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to improve business processes and maintain data integrity across the ERP platform.
• Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data analysis tools to support decision-making.
• Troubleshoot system issues, investigate discrepancies, and identify root causes of transactional and reporting challenges.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications, including financial and operational systems.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployments, and change management activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions that drive efficiency and automation.

Desired Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with NetSuite as an Analyst, Administrator, Engineer
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes, including General Ledger, AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Experience creating saved searches, reports, workflows, and supporting system configurations.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SQL, REST APIs, or integrations.
• Experience with NetSuite implementations, optimization projects, or system enhancements.
