Operations Manager / Plant Superintendent - Food Manufacturing
Summary of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Plant Superintendent to lead operations at a food manufacturing refinery facility. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, food safety, employee safety, quality, and financial performance while developing a high-performing operations team.

Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 + 10% Performance-Based Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
Location: Newark, CA
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily refinery operations and drive safety, quality, and production performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage plant budgets and improve operational efficiency.
- Coach, develop, and lead the production team.
- Drive continuous improvement and meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant food manufacturing experience.
- 4+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma and supervisory experience are preferred.
