What You'll Do:

Lead delivery for P0 business-critical projects — S&K JV Distribution Center launch, RL Drop Ship expansion (India, Brazil, Korea), and RL Direct Ship initiatives

Drive strategic project delivery — Oracle Spend Management, Spend Approvals, Buyer Automation, and more

Own platform operations — Guided Buying, E-Store, Blanket Agreements, Oracle Rules Engine, and SOX compliance

Manage L2/L3 production support, major incident management, RCA, and problem management

Partner with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, IT & Security teams; present to senior leadership

What You Bring:

12+ years Oracle Applications experience

6+ years leading Oracle Application Support teams

Strong background in Oracle Procurement Cloud / EBS Procurement (Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Approvals, Inventory, Order Management)

ITIL knowledge, SOX compliance expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

Oracle Cloud Procurement implementation experience

OIC, BPM/Approvals workflows, REST/SOAP integrations

Agile/Scrum experience

PMP/ITIL/Oracle certifications
