Order Entry Specialist

Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking an Order Entry Clerk for a specialty consumer products company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time contract opportunity with the potential to become permanent. Compensation starts at $30.00 to $35.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Order entry in SAGE ERP system
• Contacting customers with order updates and confirmations
• Order troubleshooting
• Invoicing
• Interoffice reporting
• General administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Previous order entry experience
• SAGE 100, MAS 90/200 knowledge a benefit
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Poised and professional with outgoing and upbeat personality
• Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook user
• Effective working in a fast-paced environment
