Key Skills:
- Telecom OSS/Network Project Management
- Network Inventory, Provisioning & Configuration
- Routing & Switching fundamentals
- OSS/BSS integration and network transformation
- Agile/Scrum methodology & JIRA
- Project planning, risk/dependency and vendor management
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership
- Experience with Telecom Service Providers preferred
- PMP/Scrum certification is a plus
