Paid Social Media Buyer – Meta & Performance Growth

Purity Products

Plainview, NY

Full job description

Purity Products is a 33-year-old, family-founded DTC supplement brand based in Plainview, NY, and we also operate a second DTC supplement brand, Cheerific. We run a high-velocity Meta acquisition program across both. Meta is the engine of our paid growth, and we're hiring a Media Buyer whose primary job is to run it: daily account management, creative testing, offer testing, scaling, and defending efficiency as spend grows.

To be clear about the focus: this is a Meta role first. You'll spend most of your time inside Meta Ads Manager, and your performance will be judged on Meta results. But our in-house growth studio, P2P Labs, keeps adding channels — paid search, AppLovin, X, and whatever comes next — and we need someone who can pick up a new platform, get it running properly, and know when it deserves more budget. Broad paid media fluency is required; Meta mastery is the reason we're hiring you.

You'll sit on the Growth team alongside our landing page builder, creative lead, ecommerce manager, and creative strategy consultant. Everything you need to win — new creative, new pages, new offers — is produced in-house and fast, so you'll be able to test at a pace most media buyers don't get.

Location: Plainview, NY — Hybrid (4 days on-site/half-day Friday)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $90,000-$105,000 Based on Experience

Benefits: Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k)

What you'll do

Meta (primary focus)

  • Own day-to-day management of our Meta ad accounts across multiple brands: campaign structure, budgets, bidding, audiences, placements, and pacing
  • Run a continuous creative and offer testing program — launch new ads and landing page pairings weekly, read results fast, kill losers, and scale winners
  • Manage spend against CPA, ROAS, and new-customer targets, and know when to push and when to pull back
  • Brief the creative team on what's working and what to make next, grounded in performance data and competitive research
  • Own the tracking foundation: audit and maintain Pixel and Conversions API implementation — event match quality, deduplication, server-side vs. browser event coverage, purchase value accuracy, and Events Manager diagnostics — so Meta's algorithms are learning from clean data
  • Reconcile Meta-reported results against Shopify and our attribution platform, understand where the numbers diverge and why, and set targets based on what's real
  • Stay current on Meta platform changes — Advantage+, Andromeda, new formats, policy shifts — and adjust before they hurt performance

Other paid channels (secondary)

  • Run and grow secondary channels as P2P Labs expands into them — paid search, AppLovin, X, and others
  • Stand up new channels from scratch: account setup, tracking, initial testing, and a clear read on whether they earn more budget
  • Apply the same testing discipline across every platform so learnings transfer between channels

Reporting & team

  • Report performance daily and weekly in plain language: what happened, why, and what we're doing about it
  • Partner with the ecommerce and landing page team on funnel performance — the ad and the page are one system, and you'll own the ad half
  • Keep tasks current in Asana and communicate daily in Teams

What we're looking for

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Meta media buying, with direct responsibility for meaningful monthly budgets and DTC performance targets
  • A track record of scaling Meta accounts profitably — you can walk us through what you did, what broke, and how you fixed it
  • Working experience in at least one other paid channel (Google/paid search, TikTok, AppLovin, X, YouTube, programmatic) and the confidence to learn new ones quickly
  • Hands-on experience auditing and fixing Pixel/CAPI setups — you can open Events Manager and tell us within an hour what's broken
  • Working familiarity with a third-party attribution platform (Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar) and the judgment to use it alongside, not instead of, platform data
  • Strong analytical instincts: comfortable in spreadsheets, fluent in attribution tradeoffs, skeptical of platform-reported numbers
  • A creative-first mindset — you understand that creative and offer drive most of Meta performance today, and you know how to brief for it
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands and shifting priorities

Bonus points

  • DTC supplement, health, or wellness ecommerce background
  • Experience buying for subscription or recurring-revenue offers, where LTV — not first-order CPA — sets the target
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, or creative briefing

What We Offer

  • Performance bonus opportunity
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
  • Real ownership of a growing CRO program
  • Multiple brands, meaningful traffic, and visible business impact
  • A collaborative, supportive team environment
