We are seeking an experienced and people-focused People & Talent Manager to lead core HR operations and employee experience initiatives across our growing retail organization. This role supports Retail, Warehouse, and Support Center teams while overseeing a high-performing People & Culture team.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and operational HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and is passionate about building strong teams, scalable processes, and an engaging employee experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a People & Culture team including:
  • HR Business Partner
  • Compliance Specialist
  • People Life Cycle Specialist
  • Benefits Specialist
  • Employee Relations Specialist
  • Warehouse HR Specialist
  • Oversee employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, accommodations, benefits administration, and employee transitions
  • Partner with Retail, Warehouse, and Support Center leaders to support workforce planning, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
  • Provide leadership and guidance on employee relations matters, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Drive consistent HR processes and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Support talent development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to provide strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Operations, Finance, and Talent Acquisition teams
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across the organization
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR operations, employee experience, and team effectiveness


What We’re Looking For

  • 4-5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or management experience and ADP efficiency it’s a MUST.
  • Experience supporting retail, warehouse/distribution, or high-volume workforce environments strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, compliance, accommodations, and benefits practices
  • Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and workforce analytics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
