Experience Required: 7-10+ years of high-level personal assistant experience. MUST HAVE IN RESIDENCE EXPERIENCE.

Seeking a high-caliber Personal Assistant to serve as the strategic right hand and trusted advisor to a private Principal. Based out of a luxury residence on the Upper East Side and reporting directly to the Principal, this pivotal role bridges the gap between daily household operations, multiple luxury properties, and the Family Office. If you are a low-ego, high-touch service professional who thrives on anticipation, flawless execution, and absolute discretion, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Principal Support & Liaison

  • Act as the Principal’s right hand, anticipating personal and professional needs seamlessly.
  • Serve as the primary, high-touch liaison between the household and the Family Office to drive objectives forward.

Multi-Property & Project Management

  • Serve as the hands-on Property Manager for the NYC residence.
  • Supervise property managers and oversee vendor contracts at estate locations in Greenwich and Southampton (travel required).
  • Develop preventative maintenance schedules and spearhead capital renovation projects, ensuring they finish on time and within budget.
  • Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate household staff across all properties.
  • Manage complex weekly scheduling for staff, including dedicated driver(s).

Logistics, Financials & Events

  • Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel logistics, including commercial and private jet arrangements.
  • Assist the Principal with high-end event management and execution.
  • Track household expenses, review staff expenditures, reconcile credit cards, and coordinate directly with Family Office accounting partners.
  • Manage and troubleshoot household technology, smart home systems, and entertainment centers.
  • Maintain complete fluency across Mac/Apple products (a must), PCs, Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), and various scheduling portals/apps.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 7-10+ years of high-level personal assistant, estate management, or family office experience. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A RESIDENCE. A background in luxury hospitality is a major plus.
  • Warm, polished, intuitive, and respectful. You are a calm presence under pressure and don't get easily frazzled.
  • A true "can-do" attitude. No task is too big or too small. You genuinely enjoy providing exceptional personal service and take pride in your work.
  • Superb written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and the ability to transition effortlessly between wearing many different hats.

The employer is an equal opportunity employer. All inquiries and applications will be held in the strictest confidence.
