Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced PLM Program Manager with a strong project management foundation and specialized expertise in 3DX / 3DEXPERIENCE PLM implementations.

The PLM Program Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of a 3DX PLM solution supporting Completion activities and ensuring the solution effectively meets business requirements.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Headquarters IT Project Manager, business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts to optimize the PLM solution and successfully deliver the project.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and expected business benefits.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and the Headquarters IT Project Manager to define objectives, scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate a team of Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts.
• Manage project initiation activities, including stakeholder identification, project objectives, scope definition, staffing requirements, and project kickoff.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan, project schedule, milestones, resource plans, and risk management strategy.
• Lead project execution, including team management, task coordination, communications, vendor/procurement activities, and issue resolution.
• Monitor and control project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage integrated change management and ensure timely resolution of project issues and risks.
• Coordinate project closure, including deliverable acceptance, documentation, financial closure, and team transition.
• Develop and maintain all required project management documentation.
• Provide accurate and timely project status updates to PMO leadership and key stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication with business and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and support less experienced Project Managers and promote project management best practices.
• Promote business transformation and organizational change through positive communication and strong stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure compliance with established project management processes, standards, and procedures.
• Maintain PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Program/Project Management with end-to-end project lifecycle ownership.
• Proven experience leading PLM implementations, preferably 3DX / 3DEXPERIENCE PLM.
• Strong understanding of 3DX PLM and its application to business processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams consisting of Business Analysts, SMEs, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, change management, and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with both business and IT teams in large-scale transformation initiatives.
• French language proficiency is mandatory.
• PMP or equivalent certification is required/preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Little Rock, AR or Chicago, IL.
• Must be available to start immediately.
• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
