A multi-billion dollar global company seeks an operations focused full P&L owner to lead an aerospace and defense manufacturer. Seeking a driven, high-energy operations-driven executive. Multi-billion dollar parent company.

You'll have full accountability for operational performance, profitability, and strategic direction. This leader will define and execute a lean operating strategy while ensuring alignment across operations, engineering, sales, and support functions to enable sustained growth. The role will focus heavily on driving manufacturing efficiency, building a culture of continuous improvement, and managing all areas of the business.

Core Responsibilities:

• Full P&L ownership ($60M+) with primary emphasis on operational performance

• Development and execution of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategy across the business unit

• Leadership of operations and cross-functional teams to drive performance and accountability

• Direct oversight of all areas of the business, including operations, engineering, sales, and support functions

• Application of Six Sigma and lean methodologies to drive process efficiency, quality, and cost reduction

• Establishment of clear performance metrics and accountability across the business

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within aerospace, defense, or industrial manufacturing environments

• Demonstrated success leading a business or division with full P&L responsibility of $40M+

• Proven track record of driving operational excellence through lean and continuous improvement initiatives

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification required

• Strong experience developing and executing operational strategies that deliver measurable performance results

• Financial acumen across forecasting, margins, and overall business performance

• Experience operating in a regulated manufacturing environment (ITAR/aerospace preferred)

• Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on execution and operational excellence
