Pay Rate: $67 / hour (W2)
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract with potential to extend
About the Opportunity
Join the global procurement transformation team at one of the world's premier media and entertainment powerhouses. As our organization standardizes its global procurement footprint across 24+ workstreams and 300+ strategic initiatives, we are looking for two Procurement Senior Analysts to drive operational integrity, data hygiene, and financial validation tracking across non-labor spend categories.
Sitting at the heart of our procurement operating rhythm, this role is not a general data analyst position—it requires domain expertise in procurement data to understand initiative narratives, manage high-volume workflows, and track financial sign-offs directly in Asana.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Tactical Operations & Workflow Management:
- Manage day-to-day data integrity for ~45 active initiatives per week across domestic and international regions (EMEA, LATAM, Australia).
- Maintain the central Hygiene Dashboard and issue daily action items to regional Hygiene Leads.
- Facilitate weekly stand-up meetings to review initiative priorities, resolve roadblocks, and support CPO-level reviews.
- Asana Workflow & Schema Optimization:
- Utilize Asana as the single source of truth to manage custom fields, portfolios, approval flows, and data hygiene rules.
- Develop training materials, onboarding sessions, and quick-reference guides for global cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Category Leads and regional teams to ensure accurate field completion and smooth initiative migration.
- Financial Validation & Budget Alignment:
- Train regional leads on stage-gate template sign-offs and documentation requirements.
- Maintain the Sign-Off Evidence Log and Financial Validation Tracker to clear validation backlogs across 300+ projects.
- Facilitate alignment sessions between Category Leads and Central Finance to ensure budget accuracy.
Role Qualifications & Requirements
- Procurement Domain Experience: 1–2+ years of dedicated procurement experience with strong domain knowledge in non-labor initiatives (indirect spend, services, technology, marketing, etc.). Candidates with strictly direct materials or labor-only procurement backgrounds will not fit the scope.
- Tooling Proficiency: Hands-on operational experience using Asana to manage workflows, portfolios, custom fields, and reporting.
- Volume & Pressure: Ability to manage a fast-paced workload (~45 initiatives weekly) with high adaptability to shifting strategies and tight deadlines.
- Communication & Support: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to train, support, and align non-technical stakeholders and international leads.
- Process Mindset: Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented approach to financial validation and workflow documentation.
