You will serve as a central operational pivot point—managing cross-functional workflows across production, licensing, marketing, finance, and external partners to ensure all deliverables stay on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approval Trafficking: Route product, marketing, and creative assets through internal approval pipelines to meet defined turnaround times.

  • Asset & Departmental Administration: Maintain organized digital content archives, track project schedules, and manage departmental invoices, payments, and financial records.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships across internal departments (production, licensing, marketing, finance) and with external partners and licensees.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex, content-intensive workflows, track multiple deliverables, and consistently hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
