Our client is a large Aerospace Industry Manufacturer.

We are looking for a Production Planner to support production and manufacturing operations within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment. This position combines manufacturing support, production planning, reporting, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination to help improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

• Support production planning and manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and leadership calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
• Maintain manufacturing reports and analyze production data using Microsoft Excel.
• Work with ERP systems (SAP preferred) to support manufacturing activities.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting critical deadlines.

Top Technical skills:

• Microsoft Office (MS Excel)
• ERP (Preferably SAP)

Requirements :

• An associate degree is required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline preferred.
• 2+ years supporting manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail.
