Pay Rate: $25 to $28.74/Hr

Location: El Segundo, CA
Our client is a large Aerospace Industry Manufacturer.
We are looking for a Production Planner to support production and manufacturing operations within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment. This position combines manufacturing support, production planning, reporting, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination to help improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Support production planning and manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and leadership calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
- Maintain manufacturing reports and analyze production data using Microsoft Excel.
- Work with ERP systems (SAP preferred) to support manufacturing activities.
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting critical deadlines.
Top Technical skills:
- Microsoft Office (MS Excel)
- ERP (Preferably SAP)
Requirements :
- An associate degree is required or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline preferred.
- 2+ years supporting manufacturing or production environments.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Experience coordinating meetings and managing calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent attention to detail.
