Project Manager – Commercial Interiors
New Jersey | $90,000 - $120,000 + Benefits
A respected commercial interiors contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for a PM with commercial interiors experience who wants to take ownership of projects, work closely with clients and subcontractors, and continue growing their career with an established contractor.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing interior construction projects from start to finish and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial interior projects from preconstruction through completion
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes
- Resolve issues and keep projects moving forward
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Project Management experience within commercial interiors
- Experience with office fit-outs, corporate interiors, retail, healthcare, or similar projects
- Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software is preferred
