Project Manager 📍 Plainfield, IL (Hybrid)

My client is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial and capital projects from concept through completion. This role offers the opportunity to oversee impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives that support operational growth and continuous improvement.

We're looking for a hands-on leader with field experience who can effectively manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders while ensuring successful project execution.

What You'll Do • Lead industrial and capital projects from planning and design through implementation and closeout

• Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, and deliverables

• Coordinate with engineering, operations, contractors, vendors, and leadership teams

• Provide leadership and direction to project teams and field personnel

• Conduct site visits and oversee field activities to ensure safety, quality, and project milestones are achieved

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Drive projects to completion while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and performance

What We're Looking For • Experience managing industrial and capital projects

• Previous field-based project management experience required

• Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and project stakeholders

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorks

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 • 10% Discretionary Bonus • Comprehensive Benefits Package

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Plainfield, offering a combination of office, field, and remote flexibility.
