Project Manager

We are working with a reputable national Commercial GC, and their pipeline is growing and with that their team! They are looking for experienced commercial project professionals for their warehouse, cold storage and other projects in St. Louis, MO. OPEN TO RELOCATION

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Oversee entirety of the project including estimating bids, change orders, maintaining schedule and more

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Worked on warehouses, cold storage, tilt up and other commercial projects
