Overview: We are seeking a Product Manager with hands-on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience to support RCM platforms, including Athena IDX and related tools and integrations. This role will bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements, manage enhancements, drive product roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate has strong Product Management experience, a solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Exposure to AI tools and Agentic AI prototyping is a strong plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product initiatives from requirements gathering through development and delivery, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.
• Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, and IT teams to define requirements and recommend effective solutions.
• Support Revenue Cycle Management platforms, Athena IDX, related applications, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, business requirements, solution documents, Jira stories, and SDLC documentation.
• Manage platform enhancements, integrations, issues, priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Analyze user needs, workflows, product data, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, status, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Work closely with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Leverage AI tools for research, requirements, analysis, and prototyping where appropriate.
• Participate in AI/Agentic AI proof-of-concepts when applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Demonstrated Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience is required.
• Experience with RCM platforms, workflows, billing, claims, reimbursement, or related healthcare revenue processes.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business/functional requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience working closely with engineering and IT teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience with Jira, product roadmaps, SDLC, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Athena IDX or related RCM platforms and integrations.
• Broader Healthcare/Medical industry experience.
• Exposure to Generative AI, AI coding assistants, or Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience building or evaluating AI-powered prototypes.
• CSPO/Scrum or relevant technology certifications.
