Project Manager/Detailer

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to work in our Hayward, CA office. This individual will focus mainly on Healthcare, Education, and Office TI projects within the Bay

Area. The role requires frequent site-visits but is a full in-office role.

The ideal candidate will be expected to produce submittal packages, create detailed engineering sheets, order materials, and manage projects. The only aspect of the project life-cycle not expected of this person is estimating.

JOB OVERVIEW

General:

· 9-35 years project management experience within commercial DFH industry

· Full time, in-office, salaried position

· Expected to be in the field a couple times a week

Compensation Summary

· Commensurate with experience

Job Duties

· Submittals, engineering sheets, ordering, scheduling, project managing, change orders

· Weekly site visits and coordination meetings

· Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously

· Coordinate with external contacts (clients, contractors, architects, manufacturers, distributors)

· Coordinate with internal teams (shop, installation crew, estimating, engineering, and other PMs)
