We have partnered with a Property Management firm in Chicago seeking a new Property Accountant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting operations for multiple properties
- Responsible for month end close and account reconciliations
- Prepare CAM reconciliations
- Review leases to make sure they are accurately accounted for
- Compile monthly financial statements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ years of experience in Property Accounting required
- Experience with Yardi Required
