Quality Assurance Manager

Our food manufacturing client in southern New Jersey / greater Philadelphia is seeking their next FSQA Manager to lead food safety and quality across a large, diverse manufacturing operation serving major retail and QSR customers.

This is a high-impact, audit-heavy role with strong corporate support and a proven track record of stability - the previous FSQA Manager spent 15+ years in the role before moving into a Corporate position.

Details:

• Fresh Produce / Meat Protein / High-Risk Product USDA experience required
• Strong root cause investigation & corrective action experience
• Lead and manage customer, regulatory, and third-party audits
• Oversee FSQA across the manufacturing facility and nearby warehouse
• 800–1,000 employees across both sites
• Multiple languages spoken across the workforce

Comp & Logistics:

• $115K–$135K base + 10–15% bonus
• Relocation assistance available
• On-site role in Gloucester County, NJ
