Role Description This full-time, on-site Quality Control Inspector role is based in El Segundo, CA. The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for conducting routine inspections of construction and environmental remediation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Daily tasks include reviewing plans and documentation, performing field inspections, documenting findings, and preparing clear, accurate reports. The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and field crews to address deficiencies, verify corrective actions, and support continuous improvement. The Quality Control Inspector also assists in implementing quality control procedures, maintaining records, and promoting a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications
- Experience with field inspection, quality control procedures, and documentation of construction or environmental remediation work.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, regulations, and project plans, and apply them in a practical field setting.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and capability to identify, document, and help resolve nonconformances.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project managers, engineers, clients, and field personnel.
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and environmental regulations; commitment to safe work practices.
- Proficiency with basic office and field software (e.g., Microsoft Office, digital inspection/reporting tools).
- Prior experience in construction, engineering, environmental services, or a related field; quality assurance/quality control experience preferred.
- Relevant education such as a technical certificate or degree in construction management, engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in El Segundo, CA, including in outdoor environments and on active project sites.
