Role: Real Estate Associate (Leasing Focus)

Salary: $250,000 – $290,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle complex commercial leasing matters, including ground leases and build-to-suit transactions
• Draft, negotiate, and manage lease agreements and related transactional documents
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, and other real estate development work
• Work closely with clients and internal teams on sophisticated, deal-driven matters
• Take meaningful ownership of transactions in a busy, high-quality practice

What They’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of transactional real estate experience
• Strong background in commercial leasing (including ground leases) and built-to-suit work
• Experience across commercial real estate asset classes preferred
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills
• Bar admission in New York (or ability to waive in)
