Real Estate Marketing & Content Manager

Part-Time / Freelance | Ongoing - may turn into a full-time position

I’m looking for an experienced Real Estate Marketing & Content Manager to take ownership of my ongoing marketing, including newsletters, email marketing, social media, content planning, and marketing campaigns.

Real estate marketing experience is important for this role.

I’m looking for someone who already understands how a successful real estate professional should market themselves—not just individual properties, but their expertise, relationships, local knowledge, track record, and personal brand.

This is a hands-on position. I don’t need someone who simply gives me marketing ideas. I need someone who can take ideas, information, photos, listings, market data, and other materials and turn them into polished marketing—and then make sure it actually gets done.

What You’ll Own

You will help manage and execute my ongoing marketing, including:

● Email newsletters and database marketing: Plan, write/edit, design, schedule, and send engaging newsletters and email campaigns.

● Social media: Develop, create, and schedule consistent social content.

● Real estate content: Create marketing around listings, sales, market activity, client successes, testimonials, local expertise, community information, and relevant real estate topics.

● Personal brand marketing: Help ensure the marketing communicates who I am and why clients should want to work with me—not simply what properties are for sale.

● Content calendar: Develop and maintain an organized monthly marketing calendar.

● Listing marketing: Help coordinate marketing for new listings, open houses, price changes, significant activity, and closed transactions.

● Market updates: Turn real estate statistics and market information into content that clients can actually understand and find useful.

● Copywriting: Take my rough ideas, notes, voice memos, photos, and information and turn them into polished, engaging content in my voice.

● Creative assets: Create attractive social graphics, email graphics, flyers, and other marketing pieces as needed.

● Campaigns: Help develop and execute seasonal campaigns, client outreach, events, referral marketing, and other opportunities.

● Performance: Monitor basic email and social results and help identify what is actually working.

The Person I’m Looking For

You should have demonstrated experience marketing residential real estate, real estate agents/teams, or a closely related real estate business.

You are:

● An excellent writer with strong editorial judgment.

● Visually sophisticated with a clean, elevated design sense.

● Experienced with email marketing and CRM/database marketing.

● Experienced creating and managing social media for real estate.

● Comfortable with Canva and other relevant marketing tools.

● Familiar with the cadence of residential real estate marketing.

● Organized, responsive, proactive, and exceptionally good at follow-through.

● Able to work independently rather than waiting for me to tell you exactly what to do next.

● Comfortable using AI tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency without producing generic, obviously AI-generated marketing.

Most importantly, I want someone who will take ownership of the marketing.

I want a partner who learns my business, my market, my clients, and my voice—and then helps me stay consistently in front of my audience.

The ideal person will be able to come to me and say:

“Here’s what we should be communicating this month. Here’s the content plan. Here’s what I need from you. I’ll take care of the rest.”
