Recruiter (Contract)

Location: West Los Angeles, CA

Pay Rate: $35/hour to $40/hour

Type: Ongoing Contract

Are you a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment? Our client, a well-established entertainment company in West Los Angeles, is seeking a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on an ongoing contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and play a key role in attracting top talent across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across the organization
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling and candidate communication
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Participate in recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments; entertainment, media, creative, or corporate recruiting experience highly preferred
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
