Recruitment Coordinator

Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator III

Duration: 06 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $24.92 Hourly

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide interview management and logistics support for recruiting students and new graduates; at times also conducting preliminary phone screens. Provide a strong candidate experience from interview scheduling through to offer

• Own key Early Talent and programming operational projects and processes

• Manage and maintain organized project plan documents for both teams and multiple cohorts

• Support offer letter creation and onboarding for all new hires

• Support other recruitment projects and initiatives as required (i.e., Surveys, Associate & Intern Orientation, Campus events, programming, etc.)

• Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College, University or post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

• Experience in an administrative or customer support role required
