Financial services firm in Fairfield County, CT seeks a recruitment coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. Must have high-volume scheduling and coordination experience. Financial services experience is preferred.
This a 3-month contract with potential to extend
4-5 days/week onsite in the office
Pay rate: $40-45/hr
Recruiting Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage individual and group interview schedules, ensuring timely communication and updates.
- Facilitate candidate travel arrangements and reimbursements, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Collaborate with finance teams to process recruiting and vendor invoices efficiently.
- Provide on-site support during interviews, including greeting candidates and managing logistics.
- Plan and execute campus recruiting events, ensuring successful operations and candidate engagement.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into ATS systems, supporting recruitment analytics.
- Assist in the coordination of summer internship programs, enhancing participant experiences.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to organizational goals and objectives.
Recruiting Coordinator Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required for this role.
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative or recruitment coordination roles required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools like Greenhouse is advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient task management.
- Experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments such as financial services or investment firms.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing circumstances effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ensuring successful outcomes.
