Horizontal Band Saw Operator

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Pay: $25-$29/hour

Job Summary

Team360 Staffing is seeking a skilled Horizontal Band Saw Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating saw equipment, reading measurements accurately, and working in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to handle raw materials efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate horizontal band saws to cut materials according to specifications
• Measure and verify material dimensions using various measuring tools
• Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and cut lists
• Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the facility
• Operate forklifts to transport materials and finished products
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Keep the work area clean and organized

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a horizontal band saw or similar cutting equipment
• Strong understanding of measuring tools and precision measurement techniques
• Forklift experience required
• Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
