This high-visibility role sits within the Investor Relations function and serves as a key link between the firm and its investment partners. Reporting to senior leadership, the position offers broad exposure to investor communications, capital raising, investment strategy, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain investor-facing materials, including presentations, fundraising collateral, and periodic communications.
• Serve as a primary contact for investor inquiries, due diligence requests, and ongoing relationship management support.
• Support capital raising initiatives through research, reporting, and coordination of fundraising processes.
• Manage investor data, CRM systems, and operational workflows while driving process improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in investor relations, real estate, private equity, investment management, fund administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles, and institutional investor reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
