Are you passionate about operations consulting, supply chain strategy, and solving complex business challenges? We're looking for a Senior Associate to join a high-performing consulting team focused on helping Life Sciences organizations improve performance across their end-to-end supply chains.

🔬 What You'll Do

✔ Develop problem-solving frameworks to address complex operational and supply chain challenges

✔ Conduct research, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights

✔ Own workstreams and synthesize data into strategic recommendations for clients

✔ Support projects across supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics

✔ Collaborate closely with case teams to develop client presentations and recommendations

✔ Present findings through clear written and verbal communication

✔ Coach and guide junior team members, helping build capabilities across the case team

✔ Work directly with clients and support project execution both remotely and on-site as needed

✅ What We're Looking For

🎓 Bachelor's degree from a renowned university with outstanding academic achievement

🧪 2-3 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation in a relevant field

🧪 Strong Operations & Supply Chain experience

🧪 Strong Life Sciences industry credibility

🎯 We're especially interested in candidates with consulting experience supporting Life Sciences, Biopharma, MedTech, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain engagements.

💰 Compensation

Senior Associate Base Salary: $110,000 annually

✅ Additional compensation and benefits package available
