We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to serve as a key technical liaison across Trading, Finance, Revenue Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Enterprise IT. In this role, you will map end-to-end commercial operations, translate complex requirements, and drive scalable enterprise SaaS and packaged platform configurations.

- Process Optimization: Lead value stream mapping, process discovery, and end-to-end workflow analysis across bulk commodity trading lifecycles.
- Requirements & Architecture: Elicit cross-functional requirements, build business cases, and partner with IT/vendors to align functional needs using a fit-to-standard approach.
- Testing & Governance: Drive QA and UAT strategies (including test execution, risk mitigation, and post-implementation reviews) to ensure compliance, auditability, and financial controls.
- Leadership & Strategy: Mentor junior BSAs, challenge legacy processes, and partner with L&D to create end-user training plans.
- 5+ years of progressive Business Analyst experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Deep experience in Oil Value or commodity trading workflows (trade capture, logistics, settlement, risk management, demand forecasting, multi-site balancing).
- Proven track record leading UAT for high-transaction, heavily controlled financial platforms.
- Hands-on experience with pricing, exposure, reconciliations, and financial system integrations. Proven experience performing end-to-end process analysis for complex, transaction-heavy environments.
- Strong experience eliciting and documenting detailed business requirements related to pricing, exposure, reconciliations, approvals, and financial integrations.
