At Klarinet, our Senior Digital Workplace Consultants work where technical delivery meets business consulting. You should be comfortable sitting across the table from a client's leadership team one day and configuring a Microsoft 365 solution the next... and see both as part of the same job.

You take the time to understand a client's business objectives, not just their ticket queue.

You own your engagements (scope, timeline, risk and communication) and make sure nobody ever has to wonder where things stand.

You design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot and the broader digital workplace, and you build them to be used, not just delivered.

Above all, you own your commitments. You anticipate problems, communicate early and build the kind of trust that turns a single project into a long-term partnership.

What You'll Do

• Lead client-facing Microsoft 365 and digital workplace engagements from discovery through delivery
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Design, configure and implement solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform and related Microsoft 365 technologies
• Help clients improve adoption and get meaningful business value from the technology they already own
• Facilitate discovery sessions and communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from end users to senior leadership
• Own project scope, timelines, risks, deliverables and client communication
• Identify opportunities to improve a client's digital workplace beyond the immediate project
• Collaborate with other Klarinet consultants and technical resources while maintaining ownership of the client outcome
• Stay current with Microsoft's evolving cloud platform, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and emerging AI capabilities

What We're Looking For

We're less interested in checking every box than we are in finding someone who can genuinely operate as a senior consultant.

You should have:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online
• Experience designing and delivering solutions in Microsoft Teams and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
• Demonstrated experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders
• The ability to move comfortably between business conversations and technical implementation
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Experience owning projects, workstreams or client engagements
• A strong sense of personal accountability. When you say you'll do something, you do it

Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, intranets, digital workplace strategy, adoption/change management or consulting services is a plus.
