Senior Director of Supply Chain
Location: Pequannock, NJ (Hybrid)
Compensation: $170,000–$190,000
Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a leading consumer products manufacturer (Gifts, Toys & Collectibles) to identify a Senior Director of Supply Chain to oversee global sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and 3PL operations
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end domestic and international supply chain operations
- Manage global sourcing, supplier relationships, and production across Asia and North America
- Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, logistics, warehousing, and 3PL performance
- Drive cost savings, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop KPIs and optimize supplier, inventory, and transportation performance
- Partner with Operations, Sales, and Product Development to support new product launches
Qualifications
- 7+ years of senior supply chain leadership experience
- Proven success managing global sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution
- Experience with Asia-to-North America supply chains and 3PL management
- Consumer products or retail manufacturing experience preferred
- ERP experience (Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree required; Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
