We are partnering with an established venture capital firm seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to members of its investment team. This is a highly visible role for an experienced EA who is comfortable working with senior executives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven investment environment.


The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs while managing competing priorities with discretion and sound judgment.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to senior members of the investment team
  • Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
  • Organize internal and external meetings with portfolio companies, investors, founders, and other key relationships
  • Handle expense reports and other administrative processes
  • Coordinate meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Serve as a key point of contact for executives and maintain a high level of professionalism with external stakeholders
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts, priorities, and executive needs before they arise
  • Assist with special projects, events, and broader team initiatives
  • Partner closely with other administrative professionals across the firm


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience
  • Experience supporting senior executives, Partners, or C-level professionals
  • Prior experience within venture capital, private equity, investment management, financial services, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced environment preferred
  • Exceptional calendar management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly polished with excellent judgment and discretion
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal direction
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable anticipating the needs of senior executives
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
