Senior HR Generalist, Fieldsboro, NJ (Onsite) — $90,000 + 5% Bonus

Senior HR Generalist – Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs, retirement plans, and the Company's 401(k) plan, including enrollments, contribution changes, loan requests, and distributions.
• Process and administer payroll, including employee changes, audits, and payroll reconciliations, ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR matters and assist in resolving employee relations issues.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and annual reviews.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records within the HRIS and personnel files.
• Assist with HR/payroll documentation in support of SOX compliance and internal/external audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Senior HR Generalist – Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, including payroll and benefits/retirement plan administration.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paycom or ADP preferred.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing environment or a publicly traded company/subsidiary preferred.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification preferred.
