A leading global technology company is seeking a Senior Packaging Production Designer to execute production-ready packaging artwork and documentation for a portfolio of consumer technology devices.

This role is responsible for translating packaging design concepts into manufacturing-ready files that meet global regulatory, operational, and production requirements.

Working closely with Industrial Designers, Packaging Designers, Engineers, Program Managers, and Manufacturing Partners, this individual will ensure packaging assets are accurate, scalable, and ready for worldwide production across multiple product lines and global launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare production-ready packaging artwork for product cartons, labels, regulatory inserts, and in-box documentation, ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, dielines, and print specifications.

• Manage packaging artwork across complex product portfolios with multiple SKUs, accessory configurations, and regional packaging variations.

• Collaborate with design teams to ensure final production artwork accurately reflects approved design systems and product presentation standards.

• Partner with packaging engineers and manufacturing teams to ensure files meet print production and manufacturing requirements.

• Work with print vendors and manufacturing partners to review production files, resolve artwork and dieline issues, and support mass production readiness.

• Review artwork for completeness and production accuracy, including typography, imagery, color specifications, regulatory content, and dieline alignment.

• Manage artwork revisions and packaging updates across multiple product programs while maintaining version control and documentation.

• Maintain organized packaging files, templates, artwork libraries, and documentation standards to support global manufacturing operations.

• Ensure packaging deliverables align with product development schedules, launch milestones, and manufacturing timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in packaging production design, graphic production, or related fields.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Extensive experience creating production-ready packaging artwork for large-scale consumer electronics or global product portfolios.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex packaging programs involving multiple SKUs, revisions, and regional packaging variations.

• Experience working with print production specifications, dielines, packaging engineering requirements, and manufacturing workflows.

• Strong organizational, documentation, and file management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience supporting global consumer electronics packaging programs.

• Experience collaborating with international manufacturing partners and print vendors.

• Strong retouching and image production skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced product development environment supporting global product launches.
