Senior Process Technician

Key Qualifications

• Process/Manufacturing technician experience in pilot production/R&D cleanroom environment (min 5 years CMP )
• Experience with lab metrology equipment
• Experience with manufacturing systems via MES including statistical process control (SPC)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Description

• Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, Manufacturing Technicians will be responsible for executing to standardized manufacturing plans and procedures as well as supporting next generation R&D engineering work orders. The scope of the role includes (but is not limited to):
• Execution of standardized work based on documented operating procedures
• Execution of engineering work orders in support of next generation technology development and/or foundry operations
• Work closely with module engineering teams, providing continuous improvement feedback to optimize localized processes and procedures .
• Train other technicians and engineering team members as needed and attain the status of module area designated trainer
• Manage work area materials, ensuring no supply gaps.
• Customer orientation, with primary focus on delivery commitments by consistently following MES job dispatch priorities
